In our road toward better service, we declare the last updated delivery policy, as following:
- All orders are shipped for free with class-A couriers. We will ship your order with Aramex, FedEx or our private couriers based on shipping address and date.
- All orders are photographed before dispaching to gurantee maximum quality. Photos should show products, invoice and expiry date and batch numer.
- Local available products would be delivered with 2-5 days, In case order is delayed after 7 working days, then customer will get compensation.
- Internationally shipped orders are delivered with 25 working days, In case order is delayed after 28 working days then customer will get delay compensation.
- Move Free Egypt will not give compensations for delays in case of out-of-hand conditions or global situations where all orders are delayed
